This is a wonderful resort we stayed for 2 weeks in a penthouse suite with jacuzzi the first week was excellent then we had to move suites as the jacuzzi had an issue. The second suite filled up the jacuzzi then went to check on temperature and received a shock while touching the water they had maintenance come up and worked on it and got it the good to go the next day. Then went in to feel the temperature and again got shocked. So we had no jacuzzi the second week with nobody letting us know to what was going on. But besides the episode with jacuzzi was a wonderful holiday with family
